Organized and run by Trip2taste as part of its “Taste of Culture” initiative, the two gastronomy activities titled “Aegean Cheese & Wine” and “Αegean Taste” will be held weekly at the museum’s Cycladic Café and will include a tour of the museum’s “Wine in Antiquity” exhibits followed by food sampling and Aegean wine tastings. The “Aegean Cheese & Wine” event will run between 6.30pm and 9pm every Thursday, and the “Αegean Taste” every Friday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. Sneak peak: leek veloute with bruschetta topped in Mykonos lountza, the famous Sifnos chickpea stew with lemon and rosemary, eggplant mille feuille with ratatouille and much more. Founded in 2013, Trip2taste is involved with food and wine tours and events planning. The company was awarded Silver for Gastronomy Tourism at the annual Tourism Awards 2015 earlier this year.
