Chios-born cook and author Anastasia shares her family secrets and passion for food while helping participants prepare dishes made of the finest Chios and Greek ingredients, including olive oil, organically grown fruits and vegetables, local cheeses and meats, and of course, plenty of wine. At the same time, food buffs will learn more about local herbs as well as nutritional information, customs and traditions.
