‘Mummy Bootcamps’ at Santikos’ Skiathos Princess for Wellness & More

The Santikos Collection hotel Skiathos Princess is giving women the chance to rejuvenate and recharge upon entering motherhood during its new ‘Mummy Bootcamps’ series.

santikos_princess-external-1536x1024Located on the Northern Sporades island of Skiathos, the luxury hotel is proud to launch its specialized wellness and fitness sessions aimed at mothers, and which include cardio tennis, baby bonding workouts, resistance training, pilates, horse-riding, yoga and hiking, complemented by a wellness brunch and a range of spa routines.

A highlight of the program, the Baby Bonding Workout, offers new mothers the opportunity to exercise with their babies, enhancing in the meantime the mother-child bond.

Nutrition also tops the Mummy Bootcamp agenda, featuring USDA-approved organic teas from Anassa Organic, as well as wellness through a wide variety of spa treatments, including the reputed Juliette Armand and Moroccanoil products.

The Santikos Collection of luxury hotels is family run and first opened its doors to guests in 1986 with a hotel on the island of Alonissos. Today it operates four top-notch establishments: the adults-only Aegean Suites and the Skiathos Princess, the Mansion Heritage Buildings in Pelion, and the Marpunta Village Club on Alonissos.
