Atrium_Skiathos_3This May, the Atrium Hotel is giving holidaymakers the chance to reboot their system with a special summer detox program while vacationing on the popular island of Skiathos.

“No matter what your level of physical condition is, you’ll be able to participate in our wellness and fitness program and experience the joy of moving your body”, the Atrium says.

The “Skiathos Retreat 2016” program will run May 6-10 and include 3-4 hours of daily activities and sessions that include sports, yoga, pilates, trekking, aqua beach workouts, diet planning and cooking lessons.

“We offer extensive fitness modification with enough variety to keep you feeling challenged and inspired. You’ll experience a day filled with education, skill-building, practice and fun”, the Atrium says.

The Atrium has launched packages for a full or short retreat that includes accommodation in a twin room with full board.

Holidaymakers will also have the chance to explore and feel the energy of one of Greece’s most beautiful islands.

Atrium_Skiathos_1The four-star Atrium Hotel is a family-run property on Skiathos island. Set amphitheatrically on a scenic pine covered hillside, the hotel is built in full harmony with the landscape and with respect to traditional elements. The Atrium is a uniquely designed complex comprising 75 rooms, where natural materials such as wood and stone are elegantly combined to create an ambiance of absolute serenity and comfort, evoking the serenity of a monastery.
