Organized by Marine Tours with the academic support of the University of Piraeus, the 4th Maritime Trends Conference will focus on “Trends in Crew Management”, and aims to offer insight into the management of human resources. The event includes eminent speakers and academics, panel discussions and debates on key sector issues such as shipping and finance; the role of geopolitics in the future of the shipping industry; market developments in the oil tanker and dry bulk sectors; human error-stress management; sustainability trends; crew management and welfare. One of the participating shipping companies will be eligible to win a post-graduate scholarship for one of its employees at the University of Piraeus’ Department of Maritime Studies.
