Byzantine and Christian Museum The investment, which exceeds 2 million euros, aims to promote the cultural heritage of Greece through technology and the interactive contact of the public with the monuments. Already, Greeks and foreign visitors are enjoying free WiFi in the Byzantine and Christian Museum in Athens and the Archaeological Museum of Rhodes. This year, the service will gradually extend to the following attractions: Acropolis of Athens, Archaeological site of Knossos, Archaeological Site of Delphi, Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, Museum of the Royal Tombs of Aigai, Akrotiri of Thera and Archaeological Site of Delos. In 2017, free WiFi will also be available at the following museums and sites: National Archaeological Museum, Archaeological Site of Olympia, Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, Acropolis of Lindos, Ancient Epidaurus, Acropolis of Mycenae, Spinalonga, Museum of Byzantine Culture, Archaeological Site of Dodona and Ancient Korinthos.
