Greek Kyriakos Pozrikidis at CEFA Helm Again

Kyriakos Pozrikidis, CEO of TIF-Helexpo, steps in as chairman of the Central European Fair Alliance (CEFA), after being unanimously re-elected to the post last week.

Mr Pozrikidis, who was re-elected during CEFA’s annual General Assembly held at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center on June 16-17, is the first Greek at CEFA’s helm and also a board member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

Chairmen and CEOs from 21 European exhibition organizations based in Germany, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, FYROM, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia and the Czech Republic, among others, discussed the latest trends and challenges in the global exhibition industry, and explored the prospects.

Thessaloniki-born, Dr Pozrikidis completed the University of Thessaloniki, holds an MBA from the University of Wales and is a lecturer at the University of Macedonia.
