The new Board of Directors of Hellenic Seaways is as follows: President Konstantinos Klironomos 1st Vice President, CEO Antonis Agapitos 2nd Vice President Giorgos Papaioannou Members Stavros Aggelidakis, Giorgos Vasilokonstantakis, Takis Kliridis, Alkiviades-Ioannis Korres, Giorgos Liakopoulos, Konstantinos Loizides, Mihalis Sarlis, Theano Sterioti – Kallitsi The general assembly was attended by shareholders that represent 96.22 percent of the company’s share capital. Following the announcement of the new board, Hellenic Seaways CEO Antonis Agapitos thanked all shareholders and welcomed new members that are “experienced and respected executives in the banking and maritime area”. “Together we will continue Hellenic Seaways’ upward trend”, he said.
