The carrier has informed that it will grant either full refund or date change free of charge for tickets issued to/from Istanbul with flight date until July 31 for tickets issued on/before July 15. New travel date in case of rebooking/rerouting: until September 30. Travelers are advised to visit the airline’s website for updates.
