The meeting took place in the offices of fedHATTA in Athens and was attended by Mr Piatek, Andrzej Szostek from the Polish Embassy’s Trade and Investment Promotion Section; Lysandros Tsilidis, president of FedHATTA; Yiorgos Paliouras, board member of FedHATTA; and Leonidas Babanis, CEO of North Events. Citing recent data, Mr Piatek said that a four percent increase of Polish tourists to Greece, compared to the same period last year, has been recorded. Aiming to strengthen ties between fedHATTA and PZOT and further develop tourism cooperation between the two countries, the Greek federation suggested for PZOT members to attend an organized visit to Greece in the near future. Mr Piatek and Mr Tsilidis will meet again in early December at the Grecka Panorama exhibition in Warsaw.
