The aim of the event — titled Cultural Tourism in Attica — is to set into operation a so-called Product Club or network of cooperation in the area of cultural tourism. Organized by the Attica Tourism Directorate, the initiative will offer ground to discuss and explore ways to promote cultural tourism through Product Clubs, bringing together cultural organizations and institutions as well as businesses specializing in cultural travel. Delegates will have a chance to exchange ideas and make proposals following a presentation of relevant case studies. The event is open to all after sending an e-mail for participation at tourismos@patt.gov.gr. Participants wishing to present relevant work in the field of cultural tourism must submit their interest to the same address above by September 22.
