Those interested in applying for the Thessaloniki-based International Hellenic University’s (IHU) MSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management program for the 2016-2017 academic year must submit their applications by November 1.

Classes for the post-graduate program — conducted in English — begin on November 2 and run for two full calendar years on a part-time basis (November -April).

The program — under the IHU’s School of Economics, Business Administration and Legal Studies department — offers education in tourism management and a diverse range of skills for sustainable tourism practices.

Following the completion of the first year, students will have the chance to gain hands-on experience through employment and internships at partner  tourism enterprises in Greece including Electra Hotels & Resorts, Ghotels, Giannoulis Hotels & Resorts, Macedonia Palace, Domotel Hotels & Resorts, Deloitte, Hospitality Graduate Recruitment, the Halkidiki, Thessaloniki and Chania hotels associations.

The program, which includes professors from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Bournemouth University and University of Surrey, is being offered with the support of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).

The IHU provides several types of financial assistance to students. For more information, call 2310-807520, e-mail admissions@ihu.edu.gr or visit the school’s site.
