Classes for the post-graduate program — conducted in English — begin on November 2 and run for two full calendar years on a part-time basis (November -April). The program — under the IHU’s School of Economics, Business Administration and Legal Studies department — offers education in tourism management and a diverse range of skills for sustainable tourism practices. Following the completion of the first year, students will have the chance to gain hands-on experience through employment and internships at partner tourism enterprises in Greece including Electra Hotels & Resorts, Ghotels, Giannoulis Hotels & Resorts, Macedonia Palace, Domotel Hotels & Resorts, Deloitte, Hospitality Graduate Recruitment, the Halkidiki, Thessaloniki and Chania hotels associations. The program, which includes professors from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Bournemouth University and University of Surrey, is being offered with the support of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).
