The Midnight Runners and their popular music-based workouts will be in Athens this Friday (November 11) for some fitness fun ’n’ games during the Midnight Music Run Athens Special

The event starts with an evening 10km run around Athens to the beat of loud music broken down by five breaks for body weight exercises. No Midnight Run is complete without a fantastic after-run party, to take place at Booze Cooperativa (57 Kolokotroni St)… in your running gear.

The event is open to all (over 18 years of age) and is free of charge. Throw on some comfortable training wear and meet up at 10pm with other runners at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (364 Andrea Syngrou Ave, Kallithea). As there will be no Bag Drop make sure to arrive light.

Founded in London, the Midnight Runners is an ever-growing collective of athletes united by a passion for meeting new people, taking on new challenges and keeping fit who want to get out of the gym and into the streets of the city they love.
