The Athens and Attica guide is now available through www.athensattica.gr and DiscoverGreece.com as well as via listed company Beijing International Bloom Travel Service Corp in efforts to meet the needs of the Chinese market. The trip2athens e-guide provides info in seven languages, including Chinese, on tourism-related areas of interest (accommodation, catering, entertainment, shopping, etc.) aiming to serve as an initial reference point for travel planning. Addressing a special event on business networking last weekend, Greek Secretary General for Tourism Policy and Development Yiorgos Tziallas said the tourism ministry has lent its support to the project which will bolster the reputation of tourism businesses in destinations across Greece. Meanwhile, HCH President Yiorgos Tsakiris expressed his satisfaction with the increased participation of Attica entrepreneurs in the project.
