honey_3The annual event casts the spotlight on the world lauded Greek honey, its byproducts and its uses, bringing more than 250 honey producers from across Greece and its islands, experts, chefs, amateurs, and connoisseurs together for three days of events including seminars, honey tasting happenings, children’s shows, cooking, pastry-making and bee-keeping demonstrations as well as  workshops.

The event this year will introduce visitors for the first time to rare varieties of honey produced in Greece. For the kiddies, special activities focusing on the world of bees and their magic will be taking place throughout the event.
