Gucci’s request is expected to be examined tomorrow by KAS, which will issue a recommendation to the Greek Culture Ministry, the final decision-maker of the issue. According to reports, the archaeological council will most likely reject the request due to the significance of the monument. KAS is the highest advisory body on all matters pertaining to the protection of ancient monuments, archaeological sites and sites of exceptional historical or legendary importance up to 1830.
