Titled “It’s Yours”, the free event aims to ensure that there will be an ongoing dialogue between the public and the new managers, the state. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) has since the inception in 2006 of the project expressed its vision to make the SNFCC fully accessible to the public through open events. The handover festivities, which will include concerts and dance events, creative programs, sports, readings, workshops and many more surprises – will be broadcast live across the premises. The 566-million-euro SNFCC was designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, who is also behind the Georges Pompidou Center in Paris.
