During a meeting on Thursday, the two sides agreed to explore ways to design an integrated action plan to promote and market Greece in the international MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Congress and Event) market through the know how of SETE’s two essential “tools”, Marketing Greece and INSETE. According to the goals set out by SETE’s revised (tourism) Road Map 2021, there is considerable scope for developing the MICE sector, as it differs from other special forms of tourism due to the high demands involved in regards to infrastructure and services, but also due to the high quality of MICE visitors.
