Aqua Vista Hotels Lauded in Zoottle’s 1st Guest Satisfaction Awards in Greece

Dreams Luxury Suites on Santorini, managed by Aqua Vista Hotels, was honored with the Hotel Guest Satisfaction Award by Zoottle during the recent HORECA 2017 trade show in Athens.

In its first year, Zoottle’s first Guest Satisfaction NPS Survey measured overall guest satisfaction across 160 hotels. Dreams Luxury Suites received the highest score of NPS 93, becoming the first in Greece to receive Zoottle’s Hotel Guest Satisfaction Award in this category.

With an average score of only NPS 39 in the hotel sector worldwide and an average of NPS 67 amongst the hotels that Zoottle cooperates with, Dreams Luxury Suites’ score is considered an outstanding achievement.

In terms of the voting process for the award, the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is an internationally recognised guest satisfaction measuring system and ranges from -100 to 100.

Zoottle is a Greek Wi-Fi marketing company that connects with the existing wireless Internet of venues to improve their guest engagement.
