The Divani Caravel in Athens invites diners to try a new experience with its Sunday Brunch concept at Brown’s restaurant, in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot Rich champagne.

After updating its menu in early February and embracing the concept of a modern brasserie, Brown’s restaurant has become a highly popular venue for a delectable Sunday afternoon. The concept of Brunch is elevated to another level with the blend of relaxing music, new tastes and premium spirit brands joining together to create an air of luxury.

Renowned DJ Giannis Sartzetakis will be playing the perfect tunes as refreshing cocktails are mixed at the bar with Veuve Clicquot Rich champagne, to be enjoyed with a unique selection of culinary dishes.

Try an egg Benedict or simply scrambled, indulge in a prawn cocktail and move on to the main course, choosing from Black Angus burgers, salmon club sandwiches, pizza and pasta.

A refreshing piece of lemon pie or an éclair with Valrhona chocolate are just some of the selections available to end your brunch on but don’t forget to add fruity garnishes to your glass of Veuve Clicquot Rich. Pink grapefruit, pineapple and even cucumber or peppers will excite the tastebuds and introduce a new champagne experience.

So if you want to make your Sunday more special, discover the new brunch concept at Divani Caravel’s restaurant.
