Following the addition of the hotel to its portfolio, the company is in discussions with travel agents and tour operators in order to offer visitors an island hopping holiday experience within the island group. Agnanti Hotel is located in the village of Kalamakia, 8km from the center of Alonnisos and 12 km from the port at Patitiri. Visitors can access Alonissos via high speed and conventional ferry connections from the ports of Agios Konstantinos, Volos, Thessaloniki, and Mantoudi in Evia that connect with the islands of Skiathos and Skopelos. Spyrou Philoxenia has secured exclusive discounts on ferry tickets with Hellenic Seaways. “I am excited to work with and offer the island of Alonissos,” said John Grigoras, Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing of Spyrou Philoxenia. “It is a true hidden gem as it resembles a tropical island with pristine forests and gorgeous beaches, a truly unique destination, with very high rate of returning visitors.” Currently operating five properties on the island of Skopelos, in addition to managing reservations and sales for additional properties there, Spyrou Philoxenia is expanding its roster with new partnerships being announced throughout Greece.
