The two-day event, held under the organization of Europe Congress, which included pre-event fam trips, tours and parties, gave participants the chance to forge long-lasting relationships and a solid network of contacts with leading MICE providers while the MICE B2B forum paved the way for productive business synergies. “MCE Central & Eastern Europe is a great platform for Central & Eastern European destinations and its MICE suppliers. For ‘Meet Riga’ it was a unique opportunity to showcase our destination to the meetings industry professionals attending this high quality B2B forum in Riga,” said Aigars Smiltans, director of Meet Riga. DMCs, PCOs, event management companies, convention bureaus, hotels, airlines from participating Central and Eastern European countries and selected, qualified and pre-screened buyers took part in the event. “The organization by Europe Congress is absolutely flawless and this one-stop-shop event offers a great value for money with a great set of event buyers participating,” he added.
