This achievement reflects Smile Acadimos’ compliance with the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2008 in accordance to certification and inspection body TÜV Hellas, subsidiary of the German TÜV NORD Group. ISO 9001:2008 is an international quality standard that requires a company to have processes in place to help ensure that they are capable of consistently meeting customer’s needs and expectations. The purpose in achieving certification is the ability to meet client needs which translates to higher levels of customer satisfaction. The certification from TÜV Hellas validates that the travel agency has met all internationally recognized standards for quality management and offers quality products and services with reliability and consistency, according to agreed requirements. “We will continue to implement the same successful customer satisfaction-focused management model in the organization of your group and private tours, excursions and holidays, in Greece, Europe and the world over,” the management of Smile Acadimos said in an announcement.
