Greek Company ‘Respond on Demand’ Lends Know-how to Chinese MICE Market

Greek marketing and promotion company Respond on Demand has been appointed to select participants for the Hosted Buyers program of the new World MICE Day 2017 exhibition event to take place October 25-27 in Qingdao, China.

Deemed a grand meeting of MICE professionals, the three-day expo will provide organizers of domestic and international events with a professional platform for networking and doing business. World MICE Day 2017 will include 400 domestic and overseas hosted buyers and 150-200 exhibitors, while over 2,000 visitors are expected to attend.

Known throughout the tourism industry for hosting a series of hosted buyers events in Greece and abroad, Respond On Demand will evaluate and propose the participation of MICE organizers, tour operators & travel agents from European countries, thereby increasing their presence in the tourism market of China.

From 2009 until today, Respond On Demand has been promoting Greek hotels, travel agencies and destinations to  travel agencies abroad, having developed a remarkable communication network of tourism professionals in foreign countries.

The World MICE DAY 2017 is an initiative of the Qingdao Government and CCPIT-Qingdao Sub Council, BIT Congress Inc. and the chosen theme for its maiden 2017 edition is “Boosting Silk Road Meeting Industry”. This is the first time Qingdao is hosting such a major event, with the city constantly been awarded as one of China’s top ten exhibition cities.
