Greece’s national exhibition body TIF-Helexpo and Italy’s event organizer Fiera di Roma recently signed a memorandum of cooperation, which foresees the establishment of common strategies in the exhibition industry and the exchange of know-how.

The exhibition organizers plan to co-host “Romics”, Italy’s major comic book, animation, and gaming convention, as well as an event on the Mediterranean diet in Greece and Italy. Fiera di Roma has also expressed its interest on TIF-Helexpo’s theme parks, as it is considering to develop similar business activities in Italy.

“The collaboration with Fiera di Roma is considered a milestone for TIF-Helexpo, as it is working towards becoming  an international organization. It is also indicative of the company’s future plans, as there is a broad field of common activities to be developed,” said Kyriakos Pozrikidis, CEO of TIF-Helexpo.

Thessaloniki-based TIF-Helexpo is the national exhibition agency of Greece and among the main organizers of exhibitions, congresses and cultural events in Southeastern Europe.

Fiera di Roma has a multi-functional trade fair district on over 390,000 m2  in Rome. It hosts numerous national and international exhibitions, professional meetings, and business events in state-of-the-art facilities all year round.
