The Italian carrier said that all services are operating as normal. “The purchase of new tickets can be done as always through Alitalia.com website, Alitalia’s contact center or travel agencies. Members of Alitalia’s MilleMiglia loyalty programme can earn and redeem miles as usual.” Alitalia’s statement is in regards to the latest media references regarding the carrier.
