Retsos, who recently announced plans to run in the upcoming elections for the presidency of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) spoke on the issue of “Strategic Hotel Design and Human Resource Management”, a course taught by Peloponnese Tourism Organization chairman, professor Konstantinos Marinakos. As Managing Director and key shareholder in Electra Hotels & Resorts, Retsos presented ways for tourism businesses to grow dynamically in a globalized economy and methods towards achieving a competitive advantage on the market.
