The show is a B2C (Business to Consumer) event, organized by Greece’s national exhibition body TIF-Helexpo to provide travelers with information on available tourism packages and proposals on how to organize their summer vacation in an easy, effective way at the best possible price, an announcement said. Aiming to promote domestic tourism, the show has attracted the interest of local tourism officials, hotel chains and cruise companies, among other organizations. Moreover, municipalities and regions will present the competitive advantages of their tourism attractions. Parallel events will include cultural activities focused on Greek customs and local gastronomy, as well as destination presentations addressed to journalists and bloggers. Visitors will also have the opportunity to win free tickets, trips, hotel vouchers and more.
