The refurbished restaurant, previously known as “Mythos of the Sea”, offers dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and invites guests to get reacquainted with the venue, rediscover the magnificent landscape and mark the beginning of summer, an announcement said. The gastronomic journey begins with “kakavia”, a Greek fish soup as one would taste it in the Dodecanese islands; sous vide seafood; a lobster spaghetti or fresh fish as proposed by the maitre. Meat lovers can also choose from a wide range of dishes, including Black Angus beef burgers with black truffle and Rib Eye Angus. Desserts bring a sweet end to every meal: Choose between a chocolate cake topped with a chocolate ball of Azelia Valrhona mousse; “Flogeres of galaktoboureko”, the traditional sweet served with a modern twist of vanilla ice cream and sour cherry syrup; ice cream and granitas. The Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and offers a wide range of facilities and services in an impressive location. The hotel includes two outdoor pools, a private sandy beach, water sports facilities, a private garden, tennis courts and special jogging routes.
