The company showcased its latest models of the Mercedes-Benz Tourismo & Setra ComfortClass 500 at the KTEL bus terminals in Ioannina (May 9), Kozani (May 10), Heraklion (May 17) and Chania (May 18). KTEL buses offer regular domestic and intercity road passenger transport services. The presentations, attended by the presidents and members of bus associations, gave Mercedes-Benz & Setra’s customers the opportunity to get informed about the developments in the bus sector, exchange views and share concerns. “These were meetings with friends,” said Mercedes-Benz & Setra Senior Sales Manager Dimitris Tsapas. “We strive to stand by bus owners to understand their objective difficulties, discuss with them and propose solutions that will help them get ahead in business,” he said. During the roadshows, experts from OMNIplus, the service brand for Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses and coaches, conducted over 60 on-site checks to vehicles and informed drivers about the cost-effective service packages they have and the “Monthly Spare Parts” offerings that run every month.
