Liostasi Hotel & Suites, the only five-star hotel on the island of Ios, recently opened its renovated spa facilities, offering its guests more space to enjoy newly developed treatments and a stunning view of the Aegean.

The spa is now double in size and redecorated with materials and colors inspired by the surrounding Cycladic landscape. It includes a suite for couples that offers privacy and is ideal for distinct romantic moments. The steam bath and outdoor whirlpool both offer a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea and the nearby islands.

“Our guests will love both our thoroughly refurbished spa facilities and the brand-new wellness treatments that we launched this year,” said Artemis Denaxas, owner and CEO of Liostasi Hotel & Suites.

New wellness treatments

ExclusivelySpa, a Cyprus-based company, is currently managing the spa, while it also designed the treatment programs, using  products of the Austrian brand “Kurland”, including herbs, healing plants and flowers, fruits, moorland muds, high-quality oils, red and white wine and aloe vera.

London’s  “BeautyLab” products are also available and are included in the  premium “Summer Glamour” treatments.

Liostasi Hotel & Suites is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The hotel’s new suites stand out for their romantic atmosphere, their uniquely designed bathrooms and high-tech features.

The hotel recently introduced the new menu of “Grandma’s Restaurant”, designed by awarded chef Lefteris Lazarou and executive chef Alexandros Lepesis. It also launched the “Liostasi Mezze Bar”, which is serving comfort food and tapas-style seafood appetizers based on traditional Greek delicacies.
