According to an announcement, the restaurant’s chef, Fotini Mitsou, impressed visitors by presenting a tasty Mediterranean tart with a variety of local cheeses, smoked pork and cherry tomatoes. The MOONRISE Cuisine Restaurant offers a unique dining experience within the vibrant environment of Diles & Rinies’ premises. Its recipes include healthy fresh local ingredients, such as herbs, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, caper, cheese, fresh fish and sausages. The restaurant’s menu consists of Greek dishes, which aim to take guests on a culinary journey around the Cyclades. The Tinos Food Paths is an annual event, which in recent years is said to have transformed Tinos into a gastronomy tourism destination. The event features the best of Tinos’ products including cheese, honey, vegetables, wine and beer, which local chefs use to create traditional recipes, thus provide visitors with an special culinary experience. This year the event took place on May 7-14 and brought together Greek talented chefs, sommeliers, wine and spirit producers, brew masters and other gastronomy experts.
