The property, built at the beginning of the century by Italian Admiral Bibelli, in a wooded hillside, within an area of 77 acres, is located approximately 14 kilometers from the town of Corfu, 500 meters from the village of Kato Korakiana. According to TAIPED, Castello Bibelli is a property of significant historical and cultural value and offers the opportunity for the development of a modern hotel unit of high specifications (Boutique Hotel) harmonized with the architectural character of the property as foreseen from the current urban plan, as well as restoration and use of the main building “CASTELLO” (lobby, venues recreation, public gathering spaces, utility rooms). The main building of 1.968 m2 built area, is of neo-Gothic style, made from stone with tile roofs and its distinctive feature are the two turrets and patio. The property also includes other four auxiliary buildings, with a total built area of 457 m2. Potential investors must submit their offers by October 26. Press here for further information. Iniohos Hotel in Athens for sale TAIPED also announced the launch of an open electronic tender for the sale/lease of 10 real estate assets located in Mαgnhsia, Attica, Achaia, Hleia, Argolida and Arkadia, through the e-Auction electronic platform. Among the properties for sale is the three-star Iniohos Hotel on Veranzerou Street in the center of Athens. The building comprises 9 upper floors and a rooftop space, 2 basements, a ground floor and mezzanine. The deadline for the submission of all required documents for the first phase of the tender is on October 31.
