Company updates Aegean Supports OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO 2018 by GTP editing team 14 June 2017 written by GTP editing team 14 June 2017 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 7 Aegean Airlines for the fourth consecutive year is supporting the OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO 2018, one of Cyprus’ most important sports events, due to take place during March 17-18, 2018. The airline company is among the event’s gold sponsors and will carry the Marathon’s athletes and attendees and also offer special air fares with up to 40 percent discount. The offer is available for bookings between June 13-19, 2017, from and to Cyprus and for flights between November 6, 2017, and March 21, 2018. Members of Aegean’s “Miles & Bonus” program are entitled to a 50 percent discount on “early bird” registration until October 31, 2017. Upon finishing the race they can also earn up to 4,200 award miles. The “early bird” registration costs and benefits are: Marathon: Early Bird Registration €30,00 – 4,200 award miles Half Marathon: Early Bird Registration €22,50 – 2,100 award miles Petrolina 10km Energy Race: Early Bird Registration €15,00 – 1,000 award miles 5km City Race: Early Bird Registration €15,00 – 500 award miles In order to benefit from the discount, those interested must choose the dedicated Miles+Bonus Registration form for each race and fill in their Miles+Bonus member ID. The Limassol Marathon GSO is taking place for the 11th year and the organizers estimate that it will attract 13,000 participants from all over the world to Cyprus next spring. Aegean and Olympic Air carried 12.5 million passengers in 2016. The 2017 schedule covers a network of 145 destinations in 40 countries.
