Headed by the award winning Executive Chef Efstratios Kalathakis, the “BLUE” fine dining restaurant offers dishes made of fresh local products and high quality ingredients. “Τhe ‘BLUE’ fine dining restaurant adds to the hotel’s premium services, by offering a unique gastronomy experience,” said Costas Papachristophorou, who was recently appointed executive director of the Aphrodite Beach Resort Hotel. “We wish to offer our guests only the best,” he added. A 4-star accommodation facility, the Aphrodite Beach Resort Hotel is built amphitheatrically on the Kalafatis beach, which has been honored with the “Blue Flag” award nearly for the last twenty years. The resort features luxury facilities including a spacious swimming pool, a beach bar, a tennis court, a gym and three Mykonian chapels, making it an ideal venue for a romantic wedding on Mykonos.
