Aerolíneas Argentinas Appoints Discover the World as GSA in Greece, Cyprus

Aerolíneas Argentinas, the national carrier of Argentina, has appointed Discover the World as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Greece and Cyprus.

The airline decided to enhance its presence in the Greek market, following an increasing demand for transatlantic flights, an announcement said. “With this partnership we will continue to strengthen our presence in the Greek market and increase the number of Greek passengers visiting Argentina every year,” Aerolíneas Argentinas Director General  Guillermo Rudaeff stated.

Condor’s general sales agent (GSA) in Greece is Discover the World Greece & Cyprus.The airline has increased its transatlantic itineraries and is now flying from/to Rome on a daily basis. Furthermore, it is flying daily from/to Madrid and five times a week from/to Barcelona. All flights are operated by Airbus 330 and 340 aircraft.

Greek passengers can fly from Athens to additional destinations via other SkyTeam member carriers.

“Aerolinas Argentina has decided to invest in the Greek market by appointing Discover the Word as its GSA, now that the connection between Athens and Buenos Aires is feasible with more options,” said Dinos Frantzeskakis, Managing Director of Discover the World.

The airline has had a long partnership with Discover the World in Israel and Switzerland.
