B2B events Travel Trade Athens 2017: Early-bird Registration Deadline Extended to July 31 by GTP editing team 20 July 2017 written by GTP editing team 20 July 2017 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 10 Due to the increased interest and in order to facilitate Greek suppliers, the Athens Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) has decided to extend the deadline for the early bird registration of tourism professionals for the Travel Trade Athens 2017 event in October. Tourism professionals wishing to participate in the the event’s B2B meetings can register until July 31, taking advantage of early bird rates. The closing date for entries to Travel Trade Athens 2017 is September 1. Travel Trade Athens is the signature annual trade event of the City of Athens that will showcase the Greek capital as an attractive cultural, artistic, and modern, city break and Meeting Industry destination. Organized by ACVB in cooperation with the European Tour Operators Association (ETOA), the fifth meeting event of Greek professionals to promote Athens will take place during October 2-3 at the emblematic Hotel Grande Bretagne, in the heart of Athens. Registration for Buyers have almost closed, with the enrollment of major representatives of the MICE and leisure travel markets. Moreover, this year the average duration of scheduled B2B meetings between Buyers and Suppliers will increase from 12 to 14 minutes.
