Travel technology provider Amadeus has announced the launch of a microsite for its Amadeus Ticket Changer solution, a completely automated suite of products that helps travel agencies manage all customer exchange (voluntary and involuntary), reissue and refund requests accurately in minutes.

Key benefits of the solution for travel agencies include:
