The Forum is organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and it will take place at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens. “Rapid developments in technology and the changing desires of travelers are dramatically transforming the global tourism environment, influencing the hotel services and the way they are promoted,” said George Tsakiris, President of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. “We wish the 1st International Hospitality Forum to become a pioneering platform of knowledge for our members and the entire tourism industry,” he added. Distinguished Greek and foreign speakers from the tourism industry, the academic community and consulting companies will speak on issues related to the technology and the digitalization era; the behavior of consumers; new, specialized hotel products; hotel sales and ways of achieving revenue growth. Organized by Forum SA, the Xenia exhibition will take place between November 25 and 27, 2017. During the three-day event, hospitality sector professionals will have the chance to meet with representatives from leading companies providing hotel equipment, technology solutions and online services, companies active in construction, renovation and energy saving, as well as food industry suppliers.
