Applicants can submit their documentation at the school, which will be accepting 40 students for the 2017-2018 academic year. According to the tourism ministry: “Applicants can submit applications accompanied by the required information by registered mail to the Tourism Ministry, 12 Amalias Ave, PO Box 10557, Athens) through to Friday September 15, 2017.” Application and details here. Greek as well as all Greek-speaking EU and non-EU nationals living in Athens can register for the school’s two-year program.
