Company updates SWISS Launches New Pass for 10 Flights from Geneva to Europe by GTP editing team 14 September 2017 written by GTP editing team 14 September 2017 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 12 In efforts to improve passenger comfort and service quality, Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) and the Lufthansa Innovation Hub have developed the “Flightpass”, an innovative pass allowing 10 flights from Geneva to European destinations. The pass will cover 10 one-way flights to be flown within 12 months of the date of purchase. Bookings can be made for up to 6 months after buying the pass. The trial sales period will run from September 20 to December 31, 2017, SWISS said in an announcement. During this time, customers will be able to buy their passes on www.flightpass.ch. Two types of passes are available: – The “Discover Europe Pass” for frequent flyers, at 799 Swiss francs, which offers 10 one-way tickets between Geneva and most European destinations. Bookings can be made up to 21 days prior to departure. – The “City Pass” from 999 Swiss francs, which offers 10 one-way tickets between Geneva and a destination of the customer’s choice in Europe. Bookings can be made up to 7 days prior to departure. This pass will be of particular interest to those travelling regularly to a single destination. Both options offer many benefits: Μore flexible advance booking periods; a wide range of destinations within the SWISS network and stable prices. Customers will also enjoy the simplified, quick and efficient reservation platform. SWISS every year transports some 16.5 million passengers from Zurich and Geneva to over 100 destinations in 43 countries with 91 aircraft. The company is part of the Lufthansa Group and a member of Star Alliance, the largest airline network in the world.
