Upload you best shot of a 52Δ event happening around town within the frame of a Thessaloniki “koulouri” and don’t forget to include the hashtag #koulouriofthemonth. The 52Δ festival in Thessaloniki includes a wide array of art happenings, such as photography exhibitions, dance, literature, drama/performance arts, visual arts, music, and cinema events, as well as workshops held at venues across town. The #koulouriofthemonth competition comes to a close at the end of October. The photographer collecting the most “likes” with his shot will win two round-trip tickets courtesy of Ellinair to a destination of choice. Meanwhile, Thessbrunch (meaning “want brunch” in Greek) — an initiative of the Thessaloniki Hotels Association (THA) with member hotels across the northern port city serving brunch over the weekends — continues throughout the fall with events and happenings as well as music served with brunch. Participants will also have a chance to win free tickets to museums and arts spaces around town. The Nikopolis Hotel Thessaloniki will be serving brunch on October 8, the Met on October 15 and the Excelsior on the 22nd.
