SETKE President Panagiotis Tokouzis and South Aegean Governor George Hatzimarkos. The initiative, jointly organized by SETKE, the Chef Club of the Dodecanese & the Cyclades and the South Aegean Region, comes in the footsteps of the “Aegean Breakfast Basket”, which promotes the breakfast choices of the South Aegean islands. The “Aegean Breakfast Basket” is an initiative of the South Aegean Region, which aims to link the primary sector with tourism and to strengthen the small producers of each South Aegean island separately.
