The municipality has assigned MTC to design and implement a year-long strategy for the promotion of the island and for the enhancement of its tourist product. “Our main goal is the placement of Astypalea among destinations attracting quality tourism and to do away with seasonality. Working with MTC Group will help us create the island’s portfolio of products that respond to modern trends and needs and to promote it through a series of actions,” said Astypalea Deputy Mayor for Tourism Maria Kambouri. At the same time, the municipal authority has also entered a collaboration with Maria Tzannou and company The Story Tailors for the design and implementation of actions towards the development of multilingual and multimedia content and promotion through the social media.
