Greek Hospitality Projects to Take the Stage at ‘Xenia Build Hotel’ Event

Some of the most important projects recently launched or planned to be implemented in the Greek hotel industry, will be presented as case studies on the stage of the Xenia Build Hotel, a conference scheduled to take place on November 25-27, within the framework of the Xenia 2017 hospitality trade show. The three-day event is dedicated to construction and renovation in the hospitality sector.

Among the projects to be introduced to the Greek public is Marriott Group’s chain, Moxy Hotels, which is expected to open its first hotel in Greece, thus shift the landscape for modern travelers and their needs.

Furthermore, architect Maria Katsarou Vafiadis, known for her contributions in the design of major hotels, such as Costa Navarino and Makedonia Hotel, will participate as a keynote speaker.

Additionally, Marios Angelopoulos, co-founder of Archiplus Architects and Associates, will present the designing project of Amanzoe resort, while architect Stavros Peppas will speak about the brand new hotel complex Stella Island.

Lighting designers, representing leading companies such as Artemide, Bright, Viokef, Gallis Lighting, Petridis Lighting and Gravanis (L+DG) will present the latest trends in the hotel sector and the ways a hotel can highlight its elements by using the appropriate lighting.

Also, companies specializing in hotel upgrading will inform hoteliers on their services and how they can utilize their experience to improve quality.

Moreover, Vangelis Stergiou founder of Advanced Construction Engineering SA and Elias Bratopoulos, CEO of B-group Architects, will present a special room which was designed using advanced technology and all the high-end solutions that fascinate the modern traveler.

The event will be curated and coordinated by the team of “EK” magazine, which has a long experience in architecture, building and design, and provides hoteliers with reliable solutions and suggestions on how to improve their enterprises, the announcement said.
