TUS Airways Launches Athens-Larnaca Direct Service

Cyprus-based TUS Airways is expanding its presence in the Greek market by launching a new direct service connecting Athens to Larnaca, starting on December 1, 2017.

The airline’s new model , “Τhe Ultimate Schedule”, is boasting the most flexible routes with convenient departure times and aims to connect Cyprus and Greece with countries in the Eastern Mediterranean and Europe via frequent flights, offering best comfort, convenience, competitive pricing and excellent service on board, an announcement said.

Tus AirwaysThe new yearly scheduled route between Athens and Larnaca will include three weekly flights, on Sunday and Thursday departing at 7.00 pm from Athens and at 4.00 pm from Larnaca; on Friday departing at 11.30 pm from Athens and at 8.30 pm from Larnaca.

Inflight services on board this route include meal, soft/hot drinks and hand baggage up to 8kg.

The new route will be operated by two Fokker 100 jets, which include 100 seats and offer travelers maximum comfort and spacious leg room, while allowing fast boarding.

TUS Airways has also announced the launch of a direct route from Larnaca to Rome in December 2017 and is already operating direct flights from Larnaca to various Greek islands and from Larnaca, Paphos, Athens and the Greek islands to Israel.

The carrier has its main base at Larnaca International Airport and plans to operate flights to 16 destinations in 2018.
