“New Taste”, the urban chic restaurant of the New Hotel in Athens center, was recently refurbished and now includes specially designed areas and additional cozy features.

“The restaurant that has made brunch a new trend in town and is praised for its unique design, now presents a new face and most certainly includes one of Athens’ most impressive bars,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.

Under the supervision of renowned designers Campana Brothers and 3SK Architects, the space retained its sophisticated aura but incorporated even more welcoming and cozy elements. The over-sized velvet couches and the impressive bar are harmonically combined with the restaurant’s eco-friendly design, “creating a warm, metropolitan environment, a ‘hidden gem’ in the city center, ideal for after-office meetings”.

The restaurant’s makeover is also evident in its menu, which includes “comfort tastes” and healthy flavors, based on high-quality ingredients.

The bar menu also includes special touches and incorporates elements of international cuisine, such as the homemade pie with Hawaiian black pepper or the vegan burgers with quinoa.

The restaurant’s selection of wines includes 20 labels, mainly from Greek producers, while the signature cocktails “are a reason for a visit to the bar”. Furthermore, every Saturday and Sunday guests can indulge in the restaurant’s popular brunch.
