Celebrating its successful collaboration, along with a year of artistic initiatives, with the #Rest@rt Contemporary Art Platform, Aqua Vista Hotels recently attended a fundraising musical event at the Athens Concert Hall. Galan Trio Held by #Rest@rt, the charity event included the album presentation of Galan Trio, the proceeds of which were donated to the Ilioupolis Animal Welfare Society and ANIMA, the Association for the Protection and Welfare of Wildlife. The event also brought to a close the exhibitions hosted this year at Aqua Vista Hotels’ new art space Aqua Gallery in the Art Hotel on Santorini and organized by #Rest@rt under the supervision of artist and Art Manager of the group, Kelly Athanasiadou. Sofia Matzourani, Business Development Manager of Aqua Vista Hotels. “The creation of Aqua Gallery last year was a milestone for Aqua Vista Hotels and it very quickly became a favorite not only with the residents of Santorini but also with visitors to the island and our hotel guests,” said Sofia Matzourani, Business Development Manager of Aqua Vista Hotels, during the event. The Aqua Gallery, an innovative art space, was created by Aqua Vista Hotels in the Art Hotel at Pyrgos, Santorini, aiming to promote the work of contemporary Greek artists to its guests and local residents. “Our collaboration with the Arts Platform #Rest@rt was especially productive and we are more than happy to be part of this year’s closing event as well as to support the evening’s wonderful cause,” Matzourani added. Aqua Vista Hotels was founded in 2005 and today manages a portfolio of more than 30 hotels in Greece, on the islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Lesvos and Skiathos.
