Envisol Introduces ‘MicroSan’ Green Product Line to Greek Hospitality Market

Envisol, a company that specializes in environmental technology and offers integrated solutions for environmental problems in soil, water and air, is introducing its new product line MicroSan to the Greek hospitality market.

The MicroSan product line is the culmination of years of research leading to a world-class line up of natural, biodegradable kitchen cleaning and maintenance products.

Each product has been carefully formulated to ensure complete confidence that neither performance nor environmental awareness nor safety is compromised when the products are used. The Microsan product line includes floor cleaning, drain and trap maintenance, odor control and pond/water feature maintenance products.

According to Envisol, the well-known saying “prevention (of a disease) is better than cure” also applies to kitchen drains. Preventive measures to avoid blockages in the sewer lines save time and money for the restaurant compared to calling an outside cleaning company when the sewer has been blocked.

The blockages of kitchen drains are mainly caused by the accumulation of fats and oils in liquid or solid form. The MicroSan range of products consists of a series of biological additives designed to naturally break down fats and oils. Adding these products regularly to the drains by means of automated dispensers or dosing pumps, the accumulation of fats and oils is prevented, odors are reduced, and thus the uninterrupted operation of the kitchen is ensured 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“Any amount of water used or discharged into the environment must be treated to protect public health and the preservation of the natural environment,” Polychronopoulos adds.
