Discover the World will handle all sales and marketing activities of the Cypriot carrier in Greece. Based in Cyprus, TUS Airways was established two years ago by well experienced aviation managers and investors. “The airline was founded with the vision to provide better access between Cyprus and Neighboring countries in the Eastern Mediterranean with high frequency schedule during the day, comfortable, economic and alternative flights,” an announcement said. The airline currently operates flights from Larnaca to the destinations of Athens, Rome and Tel Aviv. The scheduled route between Athens and Larnaca includes four weekly flights, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. In addition, TUS will operate to a total of six Greek destinations: Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Alexandroupolis, Kos, Skiathos, Aktion/Preveza. Flights from Thessaloniki, Ioannina and Alexandroupolis will operate from March 25. The airline’s fleet currently consists of two Fokker 100 with a capacity of 100 seats and four Fokker 70 with a capacity of 80 seats.
